Looking to start medical supplies/disability aids business

This is an idea that I have shelved for 3 years, due to building up another business and selling it.

I am now in a position to start developing the idea and approaching potential suppliers, partners and those wishing to create a similar business.

My approach would be to either secure trade accounts with suppliers and operate via ecommerce/catalogue or talk to local companies that supply products in this sector, and strike up partnership deals with them.

Would love to hear from people considering ideas in the same field.
