Impresive, how do you work can you show samples and ideas or do we have to pay for service first ?

We don't do spec work, but what we essentially do is offer a guarantee in that if we cannot make you 100% happy then there is no charge. For design work only we invoice when the artwork is complete, if it involves printed items then we ask for payment upfront for the initial order.

I've just had some stationery designed by http://www.mono-designs.co.uk/index.html and Steve did me a brilliant job. He's noted as having 30yrs experience in the newspaper industry and IMO this shows in his ability. I've used numerous graphic designers over the years inc more than one here and for me Mono is by far the best. A tip - don't buy purely on price, I've found it mostly turns out and bites you...
