I noticed this popped up a few times on the "best free software" thread.

I really like the look of this and am thinking about using this on my site.

does anyone have it installed?

can you send me you website link so I can look at it in action?

what sort of thing do you use it for and how does it work for you?

I'd echo what has already been said. It's easy to set up so you don't need to get anyone in, their website is very good for FAQs if you don't get it right straight away, it's simple to use, you can customise it and it's free.

The only thing to think about in my opinion is whether you need a chat function on your site. If it's a yes then I'd get downloading as soon as you can!
