I have some meetings with some venues today in regards to putting on live performances (live comedy) again.

I have a list of things that I'd think that punters would want to be put in place, but what measures would you consider a must to put your mind at ease?

I will happily post what I have in place at the moment after a few replies, but i'd be interested to see what your initial thoughts are.

    Thanks

There are companies that cater to people in the rain. Selling clothing, umbrellas etc.

And besides all that your skin is pretty good at keeping the rain from killing you.

Enjoy entertainment, even if you have to do it in the rain.

Be aware that Councils are being very careful over outside performances. Separation and the Covid things as expected, but they're also not turning blind eyes to the electrical and production side of things too. They don't want any grief, so certificates for most things are being looked at carefully, just in case.

Just a lot less fun watching in the middle of high winds and heavy rain.

Or you could simply watch entertainment in the rain.
Lots of people attend open air entertainment in order to see people perform. If you don't want to, fine.

Does not remove the enjoyment other people can get from seeing entertainment.

Yes, I could just watch it - when did I say I could not just watch it?

I know lots of people attend open air entertainment - I have as well...and enjoyed it!

Do you have a certain number of posts you need to make in a day on this forum so you have to keep replying until you hit your target?
