Dear all,
We have recently incorporated from a sole trader business. In terms of remuneration we are now looking at:
1. Basic Salary (Up to 6k or so with no NIC's or PAYE)
2. Dividends (No tax or NI - Notional Tax Credit - up to £40k or so)
(Corporation Tax for the Company separate - I understand that fortunately).
My question is, what are the exact thresholds for 2010/2011 for both the salary and the dividends in order to keep them tax free?
Many thanks
Chris
