    Thanks chaps.

    I believe my credit history is not looking too strong with the HMRC situation, a couple of late payments due on a loan and my bank account being overdrawn for several months which is now sorted. We're about to set up a joint business bank account this week, which I'm a bit worried by due to the above. He already has a business bank account with the same-bank, so setting up another account should be simple in theory, although I will be listed as joint holder - could it be refused with a slightly wobbly credit history on my part? Maybe this is a question is for another subforum...
