SSX - Perhaps this is something we should discuss in private, but as I stated before, I would be definitely ok with rewriting/correcting what you've got on the website (although you haven't really got much) and the survey. Maybe you might want to also add to what you've already got? It's the actual website design itself that I would leave to someone else.
avecsys has a point about the survey though. I'm not sure what I would do tbh. The survey results I would definitely be interested in, but the survey questions need to be changed (although I admit I haven't seen the survey in it's entirety). I think I would try to keep it short and sweet.
What were you planning to do? Just post the link here and hope that forum users filled it in? This might sound obvious, but people need to know that the survey exists. Were you planning to do an email shot or something, and hope you got responses?
