Issue regarding overseas trading

    Hi..my name is Charlie Jung and based in UK...

    I have an inquiry about UK International Trade

    One of my friends in Korea had contact with a company in Scotland last year and decided to buy their product and paid 30% of the full amount..it happened Apr.2017 but they did not dispatched the goods to Korea till now..Supplier said that cannot be cancelled the order just wait..

    I am not sure whether My friend can get regal advice or not in UK..and what is the refund procedure..

    It would be very much appreciated, if someone help in this matter
