I know this has been spoke about before but the conversations were somewhat vague and the responses slightly spammy from pop up members who seemed to write one post to promote a certain company. so. has anyone else looked into this type of investing? I'm trying to save a deposit to get into property but would like a bit of a boost with the savings. There's a few company's about but reviews are very mixed. Any seasoned members have any advice???

Cheers, I understand the concept, buy a container to be leased from a to b. a takes a cut for doing the leg work and I get my bit. Same as any other broker service. Its just Its not something that has been spoke about too much so was looking for other peoples advice. Which is what the forum is for is it not?

It's a fairly straight forward investment, but one that is out of your control so make sure you do your research and understand everything about the broker company and its services etc. I used to invest in them, but haven't done for a year. I used Davenport LaRoche and they were excellent.

    Good to hear Matt.
I have invested with Davenport Laroche for the past 3 years and I’ve been really happy with the
results: each year consistent, and high returns. The assets are simply a stable way to capitalise
    on a well-designed alternative investment.
I was sceptical of the promise of such a lucrative investment, but I gave the contract a very
close look, and from my experience, I’m glad I committed.

What do you expect to get from a forum regarding Container business opportunities, hardly specialist experts on any form of investments.

What has happened in the past often has no bearing on the future so you need to talk to experts in that market, Try Lloyds List a daily shipping paper who will give you far more insite to your questions

Hi Logan, did you invest in Shipping Containers with Davenport La Roche or one of their other services? Thanks

    Hi Chris,
We might not be specialists, but I think its good to discuss and share ideas. Some will have had experience investing in niche markets before.
