I incorporated a company last year using an online formations service, but i've noticed today on Companies House that the PSC register states:

"The company knows or has reasonable cause to believe that there is no registrable person or registrable relevant legal entity in relation to the company"

That is incorrect, as I am the PSC as I own all the shares. I guess misunderstood one of the questions and selected the wrong options when I was registering it.

How do I go about correcting this? Is it just a case of filing the PSC01 form with the correct information, or do I need to do something else?

Think you will need to file RP04, but it may be worth checking with Co House helpline.
