    I am looking to market other people's products and services to my customer base.

    Do you have an interesting product or service?

    I design money control programmes for clients. I offer them a range of financial services, legal and mortgage products already, as well as independent financial advice on their existing holdings to allow them to use innovative new ways to achieve better returns on their savings investments and pensions.

    This means they can retire early, or make the most of their retirement if they have already exited the rat race, or pay less tax and have more money to spend during their working lives.

    Their average age is between 45-55 years old. Most are higher rate tax payers and have good spendable income.

    I communicate regularly with them each month and hold seminars in the north west, which is how I intend to promote the new products and services to them by as well as by mail, website and e-mail and personal recommendation.

    You don't really step on my toes, it maybe we could use your skills as part of our programmes as a specialist in your area.

    I have different programmes for private clients to suit all pockets, as well as specific programmes for business owners and share holding directors.

    One of the many benefits for clients using my programmes is they never have to ask the price, or worry they will be too expensive, as they are all delivered at a fixed cost, which means we take all the risk.

    Each programme is designed by me at outset based on the client's tax and financial planning requirements needed to achive the client's objectives. If the client doesn't have defined financial objectives, as part of the fixed cost they get a lifeplan, a financial plan and an exit strategy from the rat race.

    The programme gives them access to a simple financial strategy anyone can follow to make them financially free. They can use this to build multiple streams of income at retirement, or pay less tax and have more money to spend during their working lives.

    Hi Gary

    Don't know if you will be interested I have a software development company and one of our products we are shortly going to release is aimed at people who have a second home or more, say in Spain etc.

    The product will be called Eshop Property and will allow the user to easily create, or have created for them a site to advertise their home for letting. They can even take rental booking deposits etc.

    We have just been discussing looking for sales agents maybe you would like to discuss with us.

    This sounds interesting, I can think of at least half a dozen clients who would be interested, even before we start to market the idea to the rest of the client bank.

    We could use these initial 5 or 6 to test the product and then roll it out with Testimonials to the rest of the client bank. I would also consider getting my programmers to build you a page or two on the website.

    This may be appropriate i can offer a helicopter charter service to your clients. I act as a broker for operators all over the UK and possibly in to europe. I can organise visits to some of the best hotels, golf courses and events. Maybe your clients would just like to take a sightseeing trip or have an aerial photo of thier house, what ever the occasion I am sure that I can help.

    I probably didn't make myself clear. These are private clients individuals on my money control programmes.

    I am looking for products or services that ideally complement my money control programmes, but anything interesting they may not have come across.

    One idea I had was a life coach, or health and nutrionist, whilst they are improving their financial health why not consider some of the personal areas of their lives as part of the programme.

    My programmes are designed to create future certainty in thier lives. In my programmes I use a simple financial strategy anyone can use to make sure they have enough money at the various different stages in their lives. They can use my financial strategy to become financially free and exit the rat race, retire early or if they have retired already make better use of their available income.

    When I talk to clients their biggest concerns are "am I using my income as well as I could do, is my money working hard enough, is it in the right places and where should I put my money to get the best returns?"

    I developed the AFM money control formula to solve these issues.

    I just got to thinking do people worry about their weight, their diet, how and when to get out of the rat race, what are they doing with thier lives?

    Although my programmes gives them a plan to exit the rat race they also have to know where they are going and when to do it. Which is maybe a life plan from a life coach.

    I then got to thinking how do you create future certainty in someone's life, it is not necessarily just financial, which is where the worries about diet and nutrition etc plus any other areas or products you can come up fit in.

    I wanted to get your feedback on what creative ideas I could use to inprove my programmes.

    I run my own Virtual PA business, aimed at helping people in business with any secretarial needs they may require. It could be small businesses who don't want the hassle of employing a permanent member of staff or larger businesses who have increased workloads or staff off on holiday or sick leave.

    We have recently launched a Home Inventory / Asset Management software called HomeGenie with the unique ability to create floor plans to visually add & see all items within the home. It can create layouts of any size of building and allows for custom fields setup for items so that people can store what they want about each and every item. It also doesnt limit on amount of photos or categories for items in the home.

    We think this could be of interest to insurance companies, particularly those with high net worth clients and have just started researching some.
