How To Promote Our Art Gallery?

Inside our surf shop in Devon, we have a 9m art gallery with new exhibitions every couple of months.

I'd like ot make more of it as from pure retails calculations it doesn;t pay for itself at the moment.

Ideally, I'd like to promote it within art forums and circles as well as being able to offer some of the prints for sale in other places than just our website.

Any ideas??

(sorry even though I have no connection with these sites I haven't got enough posts to put the links on this reply)
Also as many local art groups get free advertising in the local tourist offices perhaps you could loan some of your space to local artists in return for a advertising your gallery for a set period. It might not bring in too much business but at least it will get you noticed.
Just a thought.
