How to find B2B sales?

T

thqybdbzle

Well 2nd thread lets see if we can go 2 for 2 on positive outcomes.

I have an immediate requirement for 3 to 5 B2B T/Sales working from anywhere.

Quality people to earn good money, but where do I find them fast? Need a few.
I hope someone can tell me about a place to find these Black Swans that I am not aware of.

Most people who claim to be sales people are really rather poor at sales, I can find those!

In theory good B2B telesales people should never really be out of work, because they'd just make one more telephone call and get themselves a new job!

If you can devise a system to tell the good ones from the bad ones, I'd post a really well paid 'work from home' job on Facebook and it should spread like wildfire. Your system then needs to filter out the bad ones...

This is 100k a year for less than full time work

What I am trying to figure out is the best way to find the correct people, FB is an obvious route I am looking for places most people might not readily think of

Filtering the bad ones is always part 2 of the challenge, for this right now i am looking to get as many people who have experience as possible to connect as there is money to be made fast

The odds are the good ones will need to be poached / headhunted.
Unless sacked / made redundant in the past couple of weeks and taking a break from work the odds are they won't be out of work.

And they may not want to jump ship - decent pay and commission versus new business with maybe decent pay and commission....?

The last sales role I did it took the sales manager years to build the team he wanted, going through probably quite a few 'not quite good enough' people many of whom had sales experience elsewhere.

A good friend of mine needed a marketing manager for his business. They used an agency to do the recruiting. Took them just over a year to find the right person but it was well worth the expense. A good agent has a network of sources, many of which you will never know about.

This is the major issue

Reading between the lines, I’m guessing you are looking for home-based, commission-only telesales people?

if so, the good news is that there are a few good ones out there. Unfortunately, for every good one there are about 1,000 opportunities. If they are experienced and good they will be earning well in excess of £100k.

oTE won’t be the biggie though. To bring them on board you will need to demonstrate that you will support their effort with:

- defined market segment
- competitive advantage
-marketing/merchandising
- ability to deliver
- after sales service

if they’ve been around the block, they will also need to know that you have the resource to pay them.

on the other hand, you could tap into the large (soon to grow massively) pool of inexperienced teleselers who fancy giving it a try and are lured by potential earnings

they won’t ask difficult questions. The chances of converting one to a good teleseller is about one in 10,000 (it’s by no means unusual for them to leave on the first morning or simply never to pick up the phone). Those odds shorten considerably when you back it up with the above list plus QUALITY TRAINING

If, on the other hand you are looking to employ, the scenario is slightly different

All that writing was for what?
A reminder of what I asked

3 TO 5 Good Telesales
where do I find them fast?

Generally, when someone asks a question I answer it or I say nothing if I cannot.

Writing reams about something that was not asked serves what purpose?

If that bothers you, you put less value on your time than I do

congratulations on finding the bold tab.

Working from home is very hard for many people, not just the home distractions but the sense that things can be put off

Having worked in telesales, one of the biggest problems is the negativity that can grow with poor performance and nobody to discuss it with in a similar situation, which is where the team and manager comes into play, people who understand the negatives and pressure

Finding a team of self motivated people to work from home will be very hard, a few days full of rejection can disharten the best

Do you have a good team in place to provide great warm leads to the sellers or just a cold list

I am an employer of B2B telesales people and from my experience/ angle, the biggest problem is to keep up with the motivation - for the people I employ. We work in logistics, and to get orders in this segment, requires patience to make the connections. I am not expecting quick turnarounds, but for a commissions only guy to go all that way to get there, is a bit of challenge.

So a girl in the USA started at 8pm at 9pm she had made 200 quid
There is a front and back end payment with the front end payment being a sign up and back end based on deals done, and much larger.
I have through my own social networks found 5 people, 3 I have yet to have 1 to 1 calls with but it seems that there are no answers beyond the obvious here in where to find them.

Look on craigslist in Asia and look at the marketing sales jobs and see the type of marketing they do for experienced closers.

If you want people ringing you off the hook and you have a real work from anywhere position on a specific timezone then you need to smash that daily and start filtering the respondents fast.

I hate this type of post. Surely if you got a good opportunity the best thing to do is tell people what it is.

You invented triple glazed windows with pandemic protection or something...
