This firm could be my first client ever. So the proposal needs to hit the right spot. I just started my own marketing agency apart from what I do for work.
    Hoping this works.

    A proposal to do what?

    Where is this client based?

What sort of budget do they have?

So you just opened your first marketing agency yet you cannot post a sensible question about what you want, How good was your plan, why did it not cover your questions

Perhaps you could employ a marketing agency to assist you?

Sadly, I have to agree with other comments here.

If you cannot prepare a marketing proposal and you are a marketing company, I think you need to go back to books and study some more.

Also, great marketing starts with good questions and answers...

For a first client, I’d keep the proposal simple and focused on their goals. Show that you understand their target market, identify a few specific problems or opportunities, and explain exactly how your marketing can help them generate more leads or enquiries. Clear deliverables, timelines and pricing will also make you look much more professional.
