Homemade organic cleaning products - Laws on selling

We are a cleaning business in Cornwall and we have developed our own line of organic homemade cleaning products using natural ingredients and some essential oils. Does anyone know what the legalities would be on selling our products given they are made using natural ingredients. Would we still need to get them tested or just list the ingredients and ensure the labelling was correct with regards to safety ?

We are keen to move forward with selling them to our clients but want make sure we have everything in order before we start.

The product still needs to meet requirements for cleaning products.
Labelling, testing etc.
A number of places will test for you.

And of course you will need product liability insurance.
