I am looking into potentially purchasing a pub leasehold. If the leasehold is £79,950 SAV, is that the price that has to be initially paid? If not, how does it work or how do I know what the initial costs would be? The premises are a free house and is free from any trading tie. The estimated stock valuation would be approx £5,000 - £6,000. As for the tenure, there is annual rent of £62,000. Thanks for any help in advance.
