Help setting up Facebook Apps for a business page

Hi everyone,

I've got a client who is keen to set up Facebook Apps on their business page, particularly a Contact Us tab. Does anyone have any they can recommend that are free/not too expensive and can be customised to display their own branding in the design?

Why don't you simply create a page on their website and then use that as the canvas URL in the app?
