Help please.......credit agreements

I have a meeting this coming Thursday with a potential (very big) customer who requires me to supply them with a credit agreement, the problem is i don't have one set up and don't know where to start.

Can anyone help me with this.

Sorry but I have been away and missed this one. The link that Gill provided was to "Consumer Credit" which is something completely different and is for when a company provides goods or services to a private individual under the terms of a credit agreement.

My guess is that your potential customer is actually asking for an application form to trade with you on credit account terms which is something completely different.
