    Hello everyone,

    I am running a travel company which focuses on Chinese in Cardiff mainly at the moment. I like to develop a new programme which teaches a little dinning manners through an afternoon tea or a meal, etc. Does anybody know someone who has the expertise and would be interested in doing it?
