Just saying "Hi" and introducing myself.

I've recently started up a new business called BugByte Technology, providing IT and technical support to the villages of South Cambridgeshire.

Previously I've worked in both IT and software development roles, so have experience of both areas which I hope to be able to combine.

I'm still finding my feet with regards to 'working for myself', and there looks to be some really useful information in these forums.

    Ben.

    Hello Ben!

I wouldn't take USP too seriously, it's unlikely you have one. People will buy from you if they like you, so get out networking and make some great relationships with other businesses.
