Having a EULA written

Hi,

We need to get a EULA for users of our web service and wondered if anyone has any advice on this. We have written an outline of what needs to be in the contract, which we basically need converting to a good legal document.

Are there lawyers that deal specifically with this kind of thing? Any recommendations would be welcome.

I should mention that the EULA needs to be written to be valid under UK law, so it's a UK lawyer we're looking for. Thanks.
