I've got one tip that will definitely increase your customer base........get some proper contact details on your site. Can I have a flyer design now just kidding.

Seriously though, I always get concerned when I can't find more than e-mail!

The problem with sites such as that one is that a company doesn't get a logo that is specifically for them. They get a generic logo which 10's of other companies could be using. I wouldn't recommend that, even for £25...

Someone recommended your site the other day while i was looking for business cards, i went on your website and looked at the portfolio which seemed okay even though i would have liked the thumbnails bigger. Then i was about to order and your order system is a nightmare, i had no idea how many i was ordering at what price, i had no idea about artwork and it made me go with someone else. I know i only spent £40 but better than nothing.

I'll look into this to see if I can make the ordering more simple and i'll also increase the size of the thumbs.

I just loaded your site but saw it was 100% flash so closed it straight away. Make it more html as if I looked at that from my iPhone I would be screwed
