    Hi everyone,
Sorry - I wasn't sure if this should be in the magento section or general e-commerce.
Some months ago I posted that our Google analytics account for magento site appeared to have disappeared.
I was never able to recover so had to set up new GA account. I obviously didn't configure correctly and realised recently that it wasn't tracking any site activity :(
That now finally seem to be sorted that but while checking on something in Google Webmaster tools, I realised that under the section for urls indexed, it says 1.
Looking at the graph, the figure for indexed this time last year was 60 and then it starts to drop. At one point it goes back up to 34 but now it is a solid 1.

Any ideas where I can look to find the issue? (Under blocked by robot txt it is zero - but there is no other useful info that I can see.) We did upgrade to a new version of magento and new theme a while back but the graph shows a gradual rather than sudden huge drop - and at points, it goes back up for a while so I can't think that's the issue?)
    Any help much appreciated.
    Thanks
    Susan

Just to add that I think it might be sorted - when we changed the site we went to https and the property in search console was without so hopefully it might now show results!

At the beginning of 2017, I had to create a new property for my https version of the site, I'm no expert on this but make sure you have all your http links re-directing to https, also generate a sitemap (for the https site) and submit via webmaster tools. That should get you started
