I have several email lists on my server, some from wordpress site subscribers, some from newsletter subscribers from websites apps etc...from around the world.

For alot of emails i do not know whether they are Europe or not.

Do I HAVE to email ALL emails and ask them to agree to new privacy policies?

Do you just have to email members in the EU, but what if i dont know where they are from?

What happens if they dont reply?

This is actually a common problem. Many companies simply choose to apply the GDPR protection to all their customers, as it would be impossible to determine whether they're from the area protected by the GDPR or not.

Also, just to quickly remind you, you may not send them anything or hold their data without their consent, so if they do not give you that explicit consent, you cannot simply assume it.
