It is becoming more and more clear to me that I am unable to do all the work myself.
I am finding on a daily basis now that I end up with way too much to do, and not enough time, or man power to do it.
This is because there is just lonely me a "team" JustcarsOnline.
Now I outsource a lot of things. But this is expensive. My plan is to take on a few sales people within the next few months, and set up in an office. However funding this initial growth is the major problem I am facing. Being very new turnover is not massive at present, but to grow it, I need to move forward and have people multiplying my efforts so to speak.
[[Basically I want some dealer liason sles staff. That work for me and grow our dealer network, and sell them advertising]]
Any idea on funding this. Grants etc. Loan is not an option. Selling part of the business might be, if the investor was the right person.
Ideas would be great. [Free money would be better]
