Fullfilment service needed

I sell sportwear online. We are currently working from home but we are fast outgrowing are current setup. I am looking for alternatives to taking on the overheads and expense of premises and staff.

Can anyone recommend a good quality fufilment service which does not cost the earth. I have contacted a couple of fulfilment companies who appear to provide the comprehensive service I am looking for, but their rates for storage, picking, packing and dispatch etc are too high to make them viable. I look forward to your replies.
