Free Logo Design ?

Does anyone klnow of any sites that offer free logo design / DIY logo design?

Or are there any logo designers on here that offer this service?

I need a logo designed for a Travel company called 'Wild Weekenders' which specialises in party weekends away to various cities / nightclubs / events / festivals etc....

Hi,

Vistaprint have a free logo making section, and you can have it printed on stationary. Its really really cheap to do.....which in honesty is reflected in the quialty of the material used - but for a basic logo its worth a go.

I know Im biased but do you seriously want to represent your company with a logo that will look cheap and tacky? You need to instil confidence in your clients not make them worry about handing cash over to you, wondering if they will ever see it again.

I wasnt expecting a designer too do this for free... What i meant was do they have the facility too do this on their website. Just like many other websites....

Well that seems even more strange, why do it yourself and pay for it when a professional will make a much much better job and then you pay for it?

You actually pay for the design you have created!

...but if you have no experience of design, you're on to a loser straight away. Why not pay a professional to do one for you? It'll reap rewards.
