Hi All,
I used to be home-based many glorious years back, so I engaged the services of a company formation agent to set up my limited companies, manage my filing/paperwork and provide a respectable Registered Office address.
Skip ahead and we now have a physical, manned office address, and with Companies House opting to move most company admin online, I wondered what the consensus would be on bringing things in-house in order to cut down on costs.
I'm aware that using our offices as a registered office brings certain responsibilities such as maintaining certain documents on-site for inspection etc, if anyone could shed some light on what else is involved in managing affairs in-house it'd really help me to decide on how best to proceed.
Thanks in advance for any advice!
Jay
