Forecasting and Acquisitions

Hi,
This is the first time I am preparing Forecasting Cash Flows and I have several doubts. Could you recommend any good websites?

Not aware of any wesites, and any we do for clients tend to be based loosely on a previous clients spreadsheet and then tailored to suit.

However, the banks have reasonable software for forecasts and Sage Winforecast is fairly good value as well. These are good if your circumstances can be reasonably fitted to the criteria they allow.

The reason we don't use them is that I prefer not to be forced to make assumptions, when I can make the forecasts match the cleints circumstances, but then I use Excel a lot.
