I need a little advice please.
Once a month I bake for a small local market from my HOME KITCHEN - I just cook on the two days before the Saturday Market, mainly Bread but also quiches and puddings some egg/milk/cream based so realise that I'm High Risk as far as FSA officers are concerned.***
I know that there are differences between England rules/regs and Wales*** mainly you are required by law to display your rating in Wales and for a re-visit you HAVE to pay a fee of £150-160, whereas in England you don't have to do either.......
What I really want to know is the rule about 'a visit' from an FSA for a private home in Wales. In England they have to make an appointment is this the same for Wales?

Thanks in anticipation that someone will answer my query.
