Facebook link from website to facebook.

I have seen, and would like this on my website.

Say for example you are looking at a website, and you like the content etc, there is a link there to share this with your friends on facebook, you click the link and it takes you to login to facebook and then it appears on your facebook wall for everyone of your friends to see that you like that website.

How do you set this up on your website? Is it something i need the web developer to do, or do you do it through facebook.
