Why wear a face mask on your own driving the car

    You are a doughnut :):)

I've seen quite a few Uber/Private Hire drivers between lifts wearing masks. I guess if you've had a stranger in your car, you should either drive with the windows open for a bit or wear a mask...

And would be a waste of time constantly taking it off and putting it back on. Same with a courier driver.

If you say go shopping, you put mask on...but might be off to another shop - so why take it off and risk contaminating yourself - just take it if off when you are finished with it. If it is a cloth mask you may be waiting until you get home so you can take it off and throw it straight in the wash.

Any air from outside making it into the car?
Or has anyone else driven the car recently?
Or perhaps they aren't so well and the mask is to reduce impact on other people who may be using the car afterwards.

Then you can choose not to wear a face mask.

Others may choose differently because circumstances are different.
