I have had an issue receiving emails from 3 different companies over the last week or so.

I have spoken to my host who are saying it is the senders end - which is all well and good but these are all professional companies (banks and solicitors) and they appear to only be having this issue with us.

Is my host passing the buck or is this genuinely from the senders end? I am just struggling to understand how 3 different companies can be having the same issue and it is them rather than us.

I do not fancy switching host/email providers but it is probably going to be easier than asking a bank to change theirs...

The message you sent to [email protected] couldn't be delivered due to: Recipient email server rejected the message. Further information DKIM: encountered the following problem validating bbb.onmicrosoft.com: bodyhash_mismatch If you sent this message to multiple addresses, you'll receive a notification like this for every one that didn't arrive.

    - same for both, just replacing the bbb with the other companies names.
([email protected] being our email address).

They receive that when trying to email us.
I have given one of the companies my gmail address and it has come through.

Does your host have a whitelist facility?

That could be the quickest way of getting delivery while further investigated.

The number of big companies not sending mail properly is scary

You'll probably just have to swallow the spam and disable your dkim check.

May be worth checking with your email provider that they are not having problems. We are seeing loads of this as people update connections and get ipv6 without knowing it.

It looks like it might be sorted now. This is the message from my host.
@Gordon - Commercial Finance - looks like it can be solved.

It looks very much like the default implementation of DKIM within Office 365. It is now more important than ever to setup all three email delivery protocols of SPF, DKIM and DMARC. People are not doing it and they need to. It isn't difficult.
