Hi,
I currently ship on average 300 orders a day and up to 1000 a day during busy periods.I am looking for a solution that will link the eBay/Amazon accounts together and allow me to print the invoices together on integrated label sheets.
I've used eSellerPro in the past but stopped using them due to the high fees.
I've had a trial on Zenstores which looks like the right solution for us but if having over 12000 orders a month it would cost more than £250 a month to use and the more shipments you create the higher the fee. I also have a problem with printing the integrated labels currently, when the printer gets hot the labels get stuck in it - I use a Lexmark T650, so I'm looking for recommendations on printers unless it's the integrated labels that are the problem.
Thanks in advance for any help,
Luke

I think with such high order volume, you're not going to find a cheap solution ....anywhere. The order management software providers aren't dumb - they figure that profit is related to volume/churn, therefore high volume = reasonable profit = customer likely to be able to pony up!

Are you sure that the profit from twelve thousand orders per month doesn't leave enough profit in the kitty for an order management software? (that will literally save you hundreds of manhours per month?!) ...or is this simply a case of resenting spending £250pcm?

What system are you using to process twelve thousand orders per month presently?

Exactly, the systems we know would cost £1,000s for this level.

The Sourcing Division

Which shipping services do you use?

If most of it goes Royal Mail and you already have an account with them you can use their click and drop website. It automatically pulls all orders from Amazon & eBay then generates labels.

They even supply the labels to you, for free..
