Dropship suppliers UK

Hi all,

I have two online businesses and I want to expand them. What I mean by expanding is expanding the product range. I have one store that sells gift items / souvenirs and the second is fitness items, supplements etc...

I am finding it hard to find UK dropship suppliers in my niche well I find it hard to find any dropship sites they don't seem to be widely available compare to wholesale sites.

Anyone have any sources or suggestions on how to find more UK dropship suppliers in my niche? I don't mind paying a monthly fee to some services.

Approach a chosen supplier in your industry, ask if they are happy to ship direct and plain for you subject to pricing.

 

As above, don't base your search for suppliers with the keyword 'Dropship'

Find suppliers of products you want to sell and contact them directly and speak with them about the possibility of you dropping shipping their products.

 

Wow, 20% profit margin guaranteed.

Must look into that. Drop the price massively and still get 20% profit margin.
Not seen that business model used before.

The price of the products is set by the supplier.

 

Thats pretty bad then.

Is the price fixing also illegal?

The margin depends on the goods. Sellers run their own stores so if they discount, it comes out of their margin. The stores can discount but they are responsible for paying the suppliers so they would be unwise to discount below their cost price.

The margin is based on the selling price.

 

So the price isn't set by the supplier.

And yes 20% is indeed a poor margin.
