door to door, phone calls or email, what works best for sales ?

Been iving this a lot of thought lately and although it is more time consuming actually meeting potential customers face to face works best !!, or does it.

I have ''cold called'' many businesses and aswell as this being the most expensive it has probably been the least successful.

emailing , i have found has been good for getting to find out who ''the decision makers' are who you can then phone up and ask to speak to rather than being halted by the gatekeeper.

If anyone has any tips/ advice as to how i can improve my email and telesales techniques then please let me know.

Have you thought about getting qualified leads generated for you? So you only have to contact people that have said they are interested etc? Try a lead gen company like us....any interest let me know!
