Does your company outsource IT department?

Good morning, I have been recently hired to do sales for an established London based MSP (Managed Service Provider) company who plan to expand (have been working with local businesses and based on recommendations only, so far).

A question: Does your company outsource IT department instead of hiring IT professionals?

If yes - how did you do your research and where did you find your MSP?

    Thank you,
    H

It doesn't have to be all or nothing.

I have several clients that have in-house IT person(s), but it makes financial sense to outsource certain functions to me.

Yes good comment and I agree. Many small companies, especially one man bands and a few staff would do it in-house and then outsource something if it was beyond their resources. In fact due to the increase in high quality affordable tech solutions I would say that many SMB do it in-house without the need of a qualified IT professional as most solutions have a good UI and support.

    IMHO.
