    Hi,

We have a storage facility in Chesterfield & Bakewell, At our chesterfield site we have 20ft steel containers in a 1/4acre compound with 8ft steel fencing, cctv, flood lit & night watchman/guard dogs (and a big stick ;)).

We seem to be getting alot of small business owners hiring our units as a work shop/storage unit, It is alot cheaper than a workshop on a industrial estate etc.

Our units have electric, 24hour access, 7 days per week. Total Free access! We are in the process of ordering a forklift to be onsite for pallet handling etc. We can also help with transport/distribution of your products/materials as we do office & domestic removals

If i can help any small/medium or large business owners on this site please give me a shout, I will give you a UKBF discount on rental.

    hello ruth,

our units are 20ft containers, which have 24hour access, 7 days a week.

    our prices are £90 pcm.

there is a £100.00 returnable bond, which secures the gate key.

we have brand new units and older units depending on what you require the unit for.

if you would like a chat, please call me on 07977 063852

hi all, i am seeking a small unit with hot and cold water supply for starting up a dog grooming business, if anyone has any ideas that would be great, i am trying to avoid banks as i am paying for everything myself to avoid all the extra charges. Reant must be reasonable as just starting out so could take some time to build the business up. Unofrtunately i cant do the work from home as i am in private rented property and landlady wont allow it.

    Any ideas ????

    Hi @JamesWW

This is an old thread from circa 2012, so the OP may well no longer be operating/have units to rent.

Welcome to the forum - please try and avoid resurrecting old threads (have a look at the bottom of a post to see when it was posted.)

I've also moved your other thread to the "East Midlands" forum, where it may be more appropriate.

Happy New Year - I hope 2018 is successful and prosperous for you.
