Creating reports with common items

    I need to generate a lot of *similar* reports, with common items, but each unique based on the items required.

    So basically, I need to create a report providing feedback. Usually, 2 or 3 items would be selected from a 'vault' of say 10 items. Each item is a common 'issue' that needs fixing.

    So I'd want to build the report by inserting the relevant sections and then filling in a few details.

    Similar to proposal software, but without any of the finance side.

    Any suggestions? I'm sure it's something people do regularly?
