complaints about paypal- and if you proceed them throuht ex.sagepay?

hi, just reading some complaints and warnings about paypal.

and what if you have your paypal payments in your -store integrated with other gateway like sageway or other? can pay pal still lock or somehow punish your account ?

i thought that maybe a good solution to protect you from one comany if smth goes wrong

i think sagepay are just the payment processor. If you accept a fraudulant transaction into your bank it can still be reversed by the accepting bank, and i believe the paypal will still be able to reverse transactions, even if they are accepted through sagepay.

im not fully sure on the locking of accounts as we dont use paypal.

do you still have to provide them you pay pal account, or they are dealing with pay pal with their account?
