Company Director Resigning

Hey all,

I'm a co-director of a LTD with my business partner. I live in the Netherlands and he lives in the UK. He plans to resign as co-director (leaving me as sole director and shareholder).

My issue is that our banks required one of the directors to live in the UK in order to get the account. Now that my co-director is resigning (and I live in NL) is this going to have an affect on holding the account?

I think you'd be safest asking your bank this one.

 

I think you have answered your own question, the Company already as the bank account set up so it sounds like you are worrying about something that isn't an issue unless you are intending on opening up another account.
