cheaper Jumbo toilet rolls

Hi There,
we are looking for better prices for 400m , 410m, 430m, jumbo toilet rolls in Cardiff and Swansea areas .. currently we paying for 400m £10.98 for pack of 6 , we have heard that there is recycled ones much cheaper so looking to save some money.
