    Hi
If there’s charges against the company as security guarantees but property purchased in my name how would this be effecting company insolvency? if due to normal business activity I decide to close the company and register with new one ?
Who’s best to advise ? Solicitor or an accountant ?
I’ve asked a solicitor once and he said pay the bank to close the company but I’m sure there’s alternative
    Any one ???
    Regards

Does the business with a charge on your company know the business does not own the asset?
