    We import from Turkey and have a ATR certificate with each shipment.

    After Brexit if we send smaller orders to our EU clients (typical €500-€3000) , we will need to provide proof of origin. Any idea how can we provide that? I assume we can't just photo copy the original ATR certificate?

    @RobinBHM Thanks
    It does not have specifics. So will have to ring HMRC and ask I suppose.

    Hello Solly,

    A certificate of origin / declaration of origin can be given generally by manufacturer, or may be subject to terms a form can be completed by the exporter. I would speak to the manufacturer it would be your best bet.

    Thanks
    Phil

    Unless the product is of a type that needs something very specific, then a simple declaration on your commercial invoice will suffice.
