Hello all
Im not sure if this is the right board to post on but thought I'd try here first
The limited company I work for was hit with a County Court Judgment due to a form (Directions Questionnaire) not arriving with the Court a few months back. When the CCJ was granted a number of credit reference agencies were informed, as I guess is standard.
My company have (as of last week) successfully had the CCJ set aside.
I have read that we should inform credit reference agencies that the CCJ has been set aside.
My question is - which credit reference agencies should we contact? I am aware of Callcredit, Crediva, Equifax and Experian. Are there any others we should be writing to about this?
Naturally the company wants all record of this CCJ to be removed, so we dont want to miss any!
Many thanks in advance
