Cant get our money from 3rd party what can we do ?

I started a Utility Brokerage Company and started putting contracts through a 3rd party(another broker company) for my clients and now this 3rd party not releasing my payments that contracts i put through with them bc of a silly argument, the trouble is the electricity supplier pays this commissions over 4years every quarter and it is not a one off payment invoice the total over 4yr can be guessed but where do i stand with this please ? maybe make supplier to pay me directly for my contracts that i used them to put through with court case ??? any advice will be appreciated

You cannot force the electricity supplier to pay you commission unless you have a contract with them. If you cannot resolve the dispute with the other broker then your only real option is to take them to court.

StevensOnln1 is correct in that you cannot at this point force the energy supplier to pay you directly. However, if you issue legal proceedings and win then you can enforce the CCJ with a Third Party Debt Order so that you get paid directly.
