Can you please advice me about Entry Mode

Due to my assignment I have to select the entry mode for New Look (UK Fashion Retailer) to enter Spain

After I collect information I find out that the 2 possible modes for New Look to enter Spain are Franchise and Wholly-Owned Store

But I can't decide it

So can you guys give me some advice about which one is the most suitable for New Look to open new market in Spain

another mode that I forgot to consider is Joint Venture

now I think I will choose between Joint Venture or Wholly-Own

Any suggestion please
