Hi

I have been looking at various business opportunities and noticed some businesses running in public or council parks (green space). These consisted of gyms and outdoor fitness classes etc. Is it possible to do this providing notice and agreement has been given. Would you be required to pay for use of the space, or require any individual insurance etc.

Regards

to use any local authority area you will be required to have £5m PL cover. get in touch with them though, that costs nothing :)

There has been a big rise in the outdoor fitness market - in particular "boot camp/military style training". I am not too knowledgable about the regulations in place, but I work for an internet payment provider so could assist you with the facilities of taking card payments online/by phone.

Good luck with your venture!
