Isn't the something called Slices or something, then the are those windows widgets things you can enable.

Personal I've been trying to the misses to tidy my desk but she don't pass the dress code and won't try with curtains open

You have a free edition and paid for version. We also use the Efficient Diary Software - very good and worth a look

^ This... sometimes a pen and paper just works best. You can also make your plans away from the computer. Having said that I haven't touched my diary since November last year, not even got one for this year yet! I am going to try it again though as it does work.

If you have Outlook that has a Task List and you can tag emails to it that need replying to.
