The Beacon Centre, a sight loss charity based in the West Midlands is launching a unique new £20,000 competition in conjunction with the University of Wolverhampton. The Beacon Visionary Plus Challenge competition aims to inspire businesses, groups and individuals across the West Midlands to develop products and services to improve the well-being of all people with sensory impairments. The £20,000 annual prize consists of cash to be used for the development and in kind support from the University of Wolverhampton Caparo Innovation Centre.
